The other piano part not transcribed by pico, is actually from CLANNAD Piano tune collection album. I uploaded my own rearranged scores for all instruments in the link below if you're interested. It means that the vocal in this video is completely computer generated. Since I just got my hands on Miku, I decided to make her sing the dango song, though I know I did not do a good job on her vocal dynamics (I only used the default settings). And because I didn't get a chance to grope my sexy guitar lately, I HAD to improvise a little... ;)
